Purpose flour (Namensko)

High quality flour intended for making burek (grandma’s pie), pies and crusts with extra quality. It is produced from exceptionally selected quality wheat. With ash content up to 0,4% the dough is stable, resistant to growth, stretchy when needed, easy to work with. Appropriate for drying and making very thin crusts for burek, pies and crusts. Available in a package of 25 kg.

Flour Tetovsko T- 400

Intended for making all types of pastries and cakes. T – 400 is extra white flour with fine granulation and ash content up to 0,4%. The dough is easy for process, grows well and the finished products have got excellent volume, are soft inside and have beautiful taste and aroma. Available in a package of 25 kg.

Flour Pelagonisko T-500
Produced with special technological procedure with ash content up to 0,5%. The products are soft inside, have crispy crust, excellent volume and special taste and aroma. It’s ideal for pastries and bakeries, for bread producing, pies, bakery products, sweets etc. Available in a package of 25 kg.
Flour T – 850

For production of this kind of flour are used wheat sorts with separate region characteristics. This kind of selection of row materials ensures obtaining flour which is rich with vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and ash content is up to 0,75%. T – 850 is a right choice for production of bakery products with increased nutritional value. Available in a package of 25 kg.

Purpose flour for burek and thin crusts

Try the flour for making burek (grandma’s pie) and thin crusts which doesn’t contain supplements and additives and the same is produced from high quality sorts of wheat.

Available in a package of 1 kg.


  • 500 gr. flour-purpose flour
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 15 gr. salt
  • Oil
  • Filling (optional/ as you desire)

Knead a dough from flour, salt and water until the dough is not sticky.

Then divide it in 4 pieces and nicely cover the dough with oil. The dough should rest 30 minutes.

Stretch the first part of the dough on oiled surface as much as you can and then make a squire and put it aside.

Take the second crust and repeat the process without bending the endings. The folded crust put on the unfolded and place half of the filling and wrap up around the corners.

With the rest of the crusts repeat the same procedure.

Put the burek in a casserole.

Bake it in previously hot oven on 200 °C about 40 minutes.

After baking it, turn the casserole over and cut it in pieces.

Purpose flour for burek and thin crusts

To obtain the thickest and the thinnest dough in order to make different shapes try this sort of flour T – 400 extra white which is 100% natural obtained from whole grains of wheat.

Homemade salt donuts (mekici)

  • 500 g flour T – 400 extra white
  • ½ square of yeast
  • ½ small spoon of baking powder
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 1 small spoon of salt
  • Warm water as necessary

Put the ingredients together and knead a very soft dough

Wait until the dough doubles its size and then mix it with a spoon and leave it to raise again.

When the dough doubles its size make balls and each of them put in an oiled dish.

Make from each ball using your hands splashed balls in a size of a small plate and fry them in a larger quantity of heated oil.

White flour Domakjinsko T – 400

Dear housewives this flour will be your favorite one. It is gained from nature as in the past. You will remind yourselves of your grandmothers and mothers while you make pastries with it.

Quick buns with sesame

  • 600 gr flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 small spoon of salt
  • 1 dl oil
  • 1 sour cream (180 ml)
  • 1 yeast
  • 2 dl warm milk
  • 1 egg

Make a dough from all the ingredients after the yeast will activate with the warm milk.

Stretch the dough in circles, cut triangles and roll buns.

On the buns put scrambled egg and sesame then put them in heated oven and bake them for 15 minutes on 200° C.

Special flour for pizza

In order to obtain the best and the most delicious dough for pizza make it with our pizza special flour which does not contain additives and its 100% natural.

Pizza in 10 minutes

  • 1 glass of yogurt
  • 2 glasses of flour
  • 2 spoons of oil
  • ½ small spoon of salt
  • ½ small spoon of baking powder

Make dough from all the ingredients.

The dough roll in out on floured surface, then put it on a baking tray.

The filling is optional (as you desire).

Bake it in heated oven for 10 minutes on 220° C.
